• CRA1X does not offer returns on any orders.

• Refunds are applicable only in case of damaged or defective products.

• To claim a refund, customers must provide a clear unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.

• Damage must be clearly visible in the video.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

• Refund decisions are at the sole discretion of CRA1X.
